Registration Fees
The registration fee for participants and students includes
- Admission to the ICSE-4 conference and exhibition
- Printed and/or electronic versions of programme and abstract book
- One printed copy of ICSE-4 proceedings to be distributed after the Conference (only to corresponding authors)
- Daily tea/coffee
- Reception at the City Hall (please note that there is a limited number of tickets)
- Conference dinner at the Vasa Museum (including a guided tour)
- Half-day boat tour in Stockholm Archipelago (including lunch)
- Reception at the City Hall (please note that there is a limited number of tickets)
- Possibility to book activities in the social programme in conjunction with ICSE-4

If your registration is not received by latest April 5, 2007, the higher fee will automatically be charged. After you have registered, you will receive further information about how to pay.
Press
Fully accredited members of the press are invited to attend the ICSE-4. Applications for media participants should include a copy of their official media accreditation and a completed registration form. Members of the press are invited to attend all scientific sessions.
Students
Participants applying for student fees should include proof of their student status by providing a letter from her/his supervisor.
Alterations
Alterations to your registration must be made in writing and sent to Coference Secretariat ICSE-4 by e-mail, fax, or ordinary mail.
Change of Name
Should you be unable to attend, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place. An administration fee of EUR 50 will then be charged.
Letter of Invitation
Individuals requiring an official letter of invitation in order to obtain a visa and authorization to attend ICSE-4 should contact the Conference Secretariat ICSE-4. The invitation does not financially obligate the organizers in any way. Expenses incurred are the sole responsibility of the participant.
